About
SELAH
A word found in the psalms; some interpret it as meaning a time for "silence" or a "pause".
My name is Catie Threw, and I love Jesus.
Like many of us, I’ve found that in this world—and especially in this season of motherhood—it can be surprisingly hard to slow down and spend intentional time with God. Days are full, minds are busy, and quiet doesn’t come easily.
Selah was born from that tension.
The word Selah is an invitation to pause, to reflect, to breathe. Whether it’s a 20-minute prayer candle or a leather journal, my hope is that each piece we create gently invites you to stop for a moment and turn your heart toward God.
These aren’t meant to be perfect routines or pressure-filled practices—just simple tools to help create space. Space to pray. Space to listen. Space to remember that God is near.
I truly believe what Scripture promises: as we draw near to Him, He is faithful to draw near to us. My prayer is that when you receive something from Selah, you feel a small spark of connection with God—and permission to slow down and rest in His presence.
